Which part of the gap can you actually close?

Intent, instant possession, and touch are structural — no PDP change recovers them. The only row a product page can meaningfully move is letting the shopper see the item on themselves. What the gap looks like in dollars

Take 10,000 monthly fashion visitors at a 2% conversion rate → ~200 orders. The same traffic at in-store's 25% would be ~2,500 orders. You will never get there — the browsers in that 10,000 alone cap you, and no PDP recovers instant possession or touch. So don't price the opportunity as "the 10x."
